Before joining 2GO, Lisa led global talent functions for multinational enterprises, where she spearheaded large-scale transformation efforts across hiring, development, engagement, and retention. She has built talent systems that served workforces of thousands, domestically and internationally, while preserving agility and culture during complex change.
As Principal Advisor of Talent Alchemist, LLC, Lisa partnered with growing companies to design talent strategies by building leadership pipelines, reducing attrition, and creating infrastructure that could flex with the business.
